Convert DVD PAL to NTSC

ok now...I've downloaded a movie on BitTorrent and it is in DVD PAL mode...I would like to convert it to DVD NTSC mode. DVD Shrink reads and plays it!!...but, I need to convert it to NTSC to run on my TV DVD player.

Is there an easy way to do this?
