Hi, I've just completed my first DVD-rip (M*A*S*H) using SmartRip, AC3DEC, Normalize, DVD2AVI, VFAPI, and Nandub.
The encoded movie (1492 kbps DivX, without audiostream) also contained the movie trailer (it was part of the last vob). The Audiostream (160 kbps VBR MP3) however did not contain this trailer. So I cut out the trailer from the videostream with Nandub, saved the new movie, and then merged this new movie with the audio. But I had problems with the audio-video synchronisation. So I merged them again with the option to change the framerate so the audio and video durations would match. This time it worked great, I just watched the complete movie from begin to end. Great quality, and no synchronisation problems whatsoever.
But the problem is that the frame rate has changed from 25.000 fps to 25.020 fps and that the subtitles only work for 25.000 fps movies. Is there a way to change the subtitles (.srt, ripped with SubRip v0.97b) so that they work for 25.020 fps movies? I've tried SubAdjust but I think that program only works with .sub files
