looking for standalone yv12 decoder

i just downloaded staxrip to convert my xvids to lower resolution so there won't be any chopping on my GP2X, but as soon as i open an xvid with staxrip it says i need yv12 decoder. i assume it comes with xvid but i don't seem to have it. maybe because i use codec pack? my question is: is there a standalone yv12 decoder?

so there is no other way? is more than the dll file needed? i don't want to screw up my codec pack installation
