hi everybody!
when i convert dvdrips (XVID and divx) to dvd with any encoder and see them on tv i notice many blocks in dark areas. ive searched in many forums and many say to apply filters like tmpgenc has (noise reduction) that remove all blocks but at the same time removes some definition of the source video. probably the source has the blocks too but ive always catched dvdrips with the same problem. id like opinions... what should i do to see them on tv without blocks cause they are very but very very boring.
thanks, miklodeon
