removal of extra audio tracks

I've got some mkv files with dual audio tracks. Before burning them to disc I'd like to remove the extra audio to save space. I've figured out how to do this with with AVI-mux GUI, but but it's setup to only do one file at a time. Does anyone know of a program that will let me process a bunch of files at once?

VirtualDubMod's mkv support is out of date, plus it is not the best for batch processing.

mkvmerge is what you want.
