    XVID playback/conversion problems

I apologise if this has been answered elsewhere but I have been unable to find the answer.

I have a few XVID files on my PC which I have enjoyed watching and want to burn them to disc so that I can watch them in the comfort of my sofa.

I have a DIVX/XVID DVD player (from ARIA) which has done well so far.

Unfortunately it has been unable to read the new files which run fine on the PC as it cannot work out the audio.

I have attached a pic of the problem file (XVID_file_1) and the one that works (XVID_file_2).

Can anyone tell me how to convert the audio or correct the file so that it will play as TMPenc wont recognise the audio and so I cannot even make a normal DVD.

    Thanks for your help

        Not needed (the vdub screenshots).

It is 960x528. Most players can handle upto 720x576 only. If your player can handle HD content, then it should also handle AC3 since even SD players can handle it fine.
