how to change my iso file to fit this

i need to change my iso file to one of these QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files

MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio format with 100 mb
trying to up load part of this dvd to my tube
