I downloaded RipPack v3 and i used it to rip the VOB files of Shrek... Everything went well and then i started the rip to DiVX...
I waited ... But then i got an error message that he couldn't find the sound . So i re-ripped the vob files and then the Sound (it was an .AC3 file) . Now i started the rip to DiVX again but he still sez the message that he can't find the audio stuff... The vob and .ac3 are in the same directory and same named ...
Now i got the .avi file (works) and an .ac3 file , how do i get the sound into the avi ???

Do you want your DivX-compressed video to contain an AC3 audiostream (which will require installation of additional software to playback with audio), or a more conventional .MP3-compressed audiostream?

i want it all in one ... So when i play the AVI i got sound ...
It may be converted to mp3 but it has to go INTO the AVI file ...
The file is now .AC3 and the .avi file is done with video but no audio

1) Load the .AVI file into VDUB1.4C-AC3

2) Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copying"

3) Load your silent .AVI file

4) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "WAV or AC3 Audio" - and load your .AC3 audio file

5) Set "Audio" to "Full Processing Mode"

6) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Conversion" - set to 44,100

7) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Compression" - and choose the MPEG Layer 3 (.MP3) 44,100Hz sampling rate that you prefer

8) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "Save as AVI" - and save with a new filename

I now tried to load the avi file and put video on direct stream copy , then i loaded the wav file(i converted the .ac3 file with ac3dec to wav) and also putted that on direct stream copy and interlaying off .. Done that .. It works but my video gets stuck sometimes and the sound goes on . Any Solutions ?

Try to use another program to encode the movie. Like GordianKnot with nandub.

Sounds like you didn't use the SPECIFIC version of VirtualDub that's required, as I mentioned in my previous post:
