How do I encode two Xvid files with different resolutions to one DVD?

Hi, I am trying to create a DVD from 2 Xvid files with slightly different resolutions, and with a simple DVD menu where I can select which file to view.

I have always used Nero Vision/VisionExpress to encode AVI files to DVD, but when it starts to encode the second file, it gives the error "Burn process failed" (even though I was writing to hard drive, and it was still encoding, not writing files). I believe this error is because the files have different resolutions.

I feel this is probably quite a common problem, what does everyone use to do this?

    Many thanks
