WMV2 Codec ..

hi!! i'd like to ask you guys where i can get "WMV2" codec?? do you guys have any information about this?? i looked at the properties of the avi file that i have and the video compression is in divx format but the audio is in windows media audio v2 (wmv2) .. i really want to know if you guys know where i can get this?? i'm having a problem in converting this file using VIrtual Dub .. i even tried TMPGEnc but the there's no source in the audio .. thanks in advance !!
