    Multiple VOBs -Flask

First let me thank DivX Digest for the quality of their guides and amount of information on using DivX. I have enjoyed reading and have been brought up to speed rather quickly.

I'm using Flask 0.6 and have tried two things to select multiple VOB files:

    1) The Thunder mism file to my flask directory then select 'Files of Type Thunder....' in Flask. I select the first VOB file but it does not concenate (typo?) all the VOB files together, the first VOB file is only selected in the Flask job window (Its lists a file size of 1Gg as opposed to 4 or 5 Gg that would mean all VOBs had been added).

2)I removed that install of Flask and installed a new install and copied in the Flask0.6 Subtitle Fix files. Again I selected 'Files of type Thunder.....' and selected the first VOB file (first VOB has 0 in name, last one has 4 so it should recognise them as a series).

Used Clad to rip the 4 VOB files from the DVD and have had no problems at all converting the first VOB file to DivX 4.11 format (the guide was excellent and I had excellent results!).

All I need now is some1 to tell me the option, that is no doubt right in front of my nose, to enable me to get Flask to select ALL the VOBs to perform a conversion.

Thanks in advance for the help!

okay, its simple> get Flask 0.6 Preview Version (official version, not some mod of it that is becoming more common lately), then install a plugin called thunder.mism (just goin over this to make sure u did it... ur post had alot of stuff so i just wanted to make this clear)... Next open up your ripped VOBs folder in Flask and select ONLY the .IFO file... it will point flask to autoload every .VOB......... if this isn't working then you have not installed the plugin correctly, hope this helps

Tom9: Thanks for replying m8! I think I've tracked down the problem....My DVD ripper (CladMdec1.1) hasn't created any IFO file in my destination directory (only the VOB files). I've searched for the IFO file on the DVD disc but can't find it.

      Any suggestions?

      Thanks again for the help,

yes i do have a suggestion, use smart ripper 2.39 to rip (it is the best)... and inside smartripper u can tell it (in the settings) to rip and generate the .IFO then everything should work fine with flask
