My parents sent me a video of my brothers birthday and want me to put it on a dvd for them to send to other relatives to play on a dvd player! I have never messed with making things play on a dvd player so I was curious what programs to use and how to go about doing it?
The file they sent me they loaded up online for me and it is in .avi so how do I get this to play on a dvd player? They said if I could get a title menu up to would be awesome.

try avi2dvd or TMPGEnc

search the forum for these, both have guides.
