How to delete dubbled frames?

Hi,

Some times after capture the AVI file containes several zones where one frame is dubbled (repeated) several times (10-30 times). Is it possible to delete the copies of the original frame from the file?

I have to use Virtual Dub to cut AVI file to several parts (without doubled frames) and merge them together again. May be there is a programm whith can do it automaticaly? Please let me know...

Hi

There is a filter for VirtualDub called decimator, which deletes duplicate frames, but I think it was designed for use with the telecide filter, in order to do ivtc.
So if u try to use this please read the documentation carefully.
