    Re-encode xvid file

What software out there that can re-encode the xvid video file with new resolution.

what i'm trying to say is that the first encoded video resolution is stretch so it's look horrible and I've tried Gordian Knot, AutoGK and they both dont work well althought i like Gordian Knot because it allow me to change the resoltuion but at the end, the new video file can not be playable.

You can set the PAR (Pixel Aspect Ratio) to change the AR without re-encoding. Possible that has already been done though, but your player isn't reading it.
