VirtualDub Warning - Synch Error

Hey Guys,

I got a small problem I am trying to join 2 pieces of footage,
and I get this warning message, how would one deal with it ??
Both videos got this warning when open with VD
anyone ??

i think the audio may be VBR.if that try new vdub version.

if not helped plz post the clip information-codec-aud/vid,bitrate etc

You can usually ignore the error and continue without consequence. If VDM doesn't allow you to continue and you know the files are good you can try AVIMux-GUI.

This process is a little easier than VDM's....IMHO

I would prefer AVIDemux. Don't know why,but AVIMuxGUI joined avi files have a problem while playing in my standalone.

I guess each program would have it's ups and downs...I have no problem with either and thanks for the referral paglamon, I'll have a look at AVIDemux.

It's kind of an interesting program. I think with a couple of small changes
it could be safe to run multiple instances. I was messing around converting vob sets with one title in each instance converting to xvid. It maxed out my dual core CPU. Only thing was at the end the .avi header and index stuff was corrupt. I'm thinking some intermediate stage info must have gotten stepped on. It would be very cool if the author fixed it up for multi-instance operation.
