Audio Video Out of Sync

Just now i was able to synchronize the Audio Video Sync problem of a movie of 695mb using Virualdub...
i had chosen in Video as Direct Stream Copy and in Audio i did the necessary interleaving and chose Source and Full Processing mode and the Movie size has now became more than 1GB..Then I changed the original 48,000Hz audio to 11,025hz and still the size is around 850Mb..

what to do so that the file size would again fit to a single CD...Please Help me

this is the best program I have used, unfortunately none of these are user friendly

I have only used it twice myself, once to fix a bad delay and another time to fix a sync issue

You must have changed the original audio bitrate. Keep to the same bitrate and you should be fine.

Although AVIMuxGUI is very fast, the output files usually give me a lot of problems regarding standalone compatibility. That may be due to the fact that Alexander Noe has an opinion about AVI file restrictions which is very different from the standard consensus.

I had an avi that had a bad delay and would not keep sync played on standalone, only on a computer, same thing after converted with dvdflick

after running it thru avimux(2 minutes>sata drive>sata drive)

it was perfect and easy, just hit start and chose output
