    GKnot

    ok i know its a good program, sets it all up, supposed to produce phat results....................it wont werk.

    itll run besweet and encode audio or do whatever, then it buggers up somehow. im gonna paste the TXT log for use experts. pleeeeeeeeeease help me coz i wanna use this proggy to rip 4 me

    Yep something goes wrong at the begining of the first pass. A few possible causes of this problem.

    1) Are you sure you installed the 0.21 full installation before installing the 0.26 update on top of that ?.

    2) Are you sure you got divx5.0.2 pro installed ?.

    3) Try opening the Blade.avs in virtualdub, and run an encoding on that, just to make sure the problem is not caused by the avs file

        yer got GKnot installed properly
        yer got 5.02 installed properl

        doesnt seem to be the AVS......more like im missing something that virtual dub seems to need from a line of coding IN the AVS.....dunno, see what u can make of this error message

          Hmmm

          I'am pretty sure the mpeg2dec.dll file comes with the 0.21 installer.

          Anyway here it is.

          Unzip and put it in the path specified in the error message.

            the error message only leads to the meg3dec.dll so that must be it
