after tests on the net i have still to recieve a gain advertisement. so i think that is solved. how do i tell if truely gain is gone and the divx 5.0.2 codec still works? does active playback of the divx5 encoded film mean it will still encode in divx 5.0.2
i'm thinking about setting up a test encode for tonight. trying to pack more quality into my godfather rip.
up the resolution = more quality.
i'm also wondering what the double the buffer option is on the codec.
