Xilisoft Converting HD Help

Hey everyone. I'm currently using an Insignia HD Camcorder and trying to convert the video since it lags on my media players. I decided to try out Xilisoft and it converts fine...except for the fact that there are two images of the same video showing up. Essentially it looks like the original video shifted to the left a bit and having a copy right next to it.

Any thoughts about this?
