HELP - h.264 in AVI container won't play

Hi. I'll admit straight away that I can't follow everything to do with this video processing stuff, but I'm not terrible at computers in general.

I recorded a video on my webcam in h.264 in an AVI container for about an hour and the video won't play in any program I've downloaded anywhere! I've downloaded Media Player Classic, ffdshow, splitters, codecs, the lot and I can't get this video to play.

I strongly suspect my computer is just too crap because a smaller video recorded in the same way would play.

What I need is some sort of magic player or converter that doesn't care how big the video is!

    Please help.

    Try SPlayer portable
SPlayer_Official Website_The award winning high performance all-in-one player

Just search "portable" on the page to get the link. I'm running it on Windows Seven AMD dual core PC with only 2 GB ram and it runs fine. Plays all kinds of HD and SD formats.

        Open the video in MediaInfo

and post the info. Maybe somebody can help if they see what's inside.
