Issue in DIVX player connectivity

Hi

I am facing a problem in connecting the Divx player to the internet. video production company based in Mumbai and often get multiple format files from clients to edit.

I keep getting an error message about Network Difficulties or a connection problem.

My computer has internet access but even then I am facing this issue. Any help would be appriciated.

If you are using any anti-virus security software then make sure that divx.exe is excluded from it and also from your system's firewall.

I am not an expert on this matter but this could be one of the reasons for this issue.
