I think this is caused by the fact that you selected 25 fps, the movie contained 163224 frames, at 25 fps thats thats almost 110 minutes, which is why GKnot reajusts the bitrate.

      so i should use 29.9 or 23.9?
im scared that 23.9 will not be smooth enough, and that 29.9 will not gie me good enogh quality

From what I have heard from you so far, I would say 29.9.

23.9 is generally enough for smooth looking playback. Most 29.9 fps movies are really just 23.9 fps with some duplicate fields put in to get the right fps for NTSC TV sets.

But to select 23.9 fps you mest get the dublicate fields removed.
This is done by selecting ForceFilm in DVD2AVI, but only if the the movie is reported as FILM encoded.
Or by preforming IVTC in GordianKnot, unfortunatly I don't have a clue how this is done.

I suggest you read doom9's GordianKnot guide.
