    VDub VHS Capture probs

If you plan on porting VHS->CD/DVD a lot, I highly recommend using Dazzle hardware, it's fantastic, uses firewire (probably what you need) and I have no problems with dropped frames. The file size is huge, I think it was 20 gig, but after using Vdub, the size goes down to 800meg or so.

(of course, as mentioned, you can't use computer while porting vhs to hd, as that will most definitely cause dropped frames)

Ah well, it's these little things that jump up and kick you in the nuts.
Looks like I've got a new project for today. I've been meaning to install XP for a while now...
      Thanks-
