    convert mp4 to mp3

I have purchased music from itunes to use in a video - these videos are for commercial use so I have purchased the music more than once to make it legal. I am unable to import these songs into my video editing software. When I try to convert the mp4 it tells me that it is copywrited - I don't know if there is anything that can be done to change this. Any advice is appreciated.

You really shouldn't be using music from iTunes in a commercial project, because the iTunes term of service prohibits this:

You could end up in a lot of trouble if you use the music in your commercial video, and it could drag your company/clients (the people who you are making the video for) into trouble as well.

There are ways to get music for use in commercial projects, and depending on what you use it for, it might even be cheaper than buying multiple copies from iTunes.
