Hello.
I have read the article at:

I am not sure about whether or not I should transcode my mkv or not. A 2 gig mkv resulted in 2 gig output mpeg without transcode(set to auto) and 6 gigs mpeg when set to transcode always.
Also, should I change the output type to avi or something else?
I want to have the highest quality available, closest to source.
