streaming of h.264 encoded file

hi guys
recently universty give me a project of video transmission over wifi using h.264 compression codec. i m succeeded to encode video file using jm refrence software.now i want to stream or transimit this file to other pc and decode it there . i have no idea how i do this .
please help me .

Might be a little late in reply, but VLC player will stream over a network, if this is what you want to do.
