3GP repair tool

I had the same problem with a broken 3GP video from my HTC phone.
I tried VLC, Mplayer and Quicktime, then I installed the CCCP coded pack.
No success - also a conversion FFMpeg with gave no reasonable result.
Searching the web I found the HD VRT tool (grauonline.de). It did a rather neat job and repaired the file. Unfortunately it's shareware / you get only 50% of the video for free
