I have some TV shows in MKV format, which I have sent to my daughter on a thumb drive. The only aspect ratio options she has on her TV are 4:3 and 16:9, but neither of these display the files correctly.
I've examined the video files in mkvInfo, and the information I'm given is:
Pixel width: 720
Pixel height: 512
Display width: 1024
Display height: 512
Media Info tells me that the aspect ratio is 2.000.
Can anyone what I need to do in order to make these videos display correctly on a TV that only offers 4:3 or 16:9?
