Video plays zoomed in one corner

Everytime I try and play a video in Windows Media Player it shows as if it is zoomed in on one corner of the video and I can't see the whole thing. It does it with mpeg,avi,wmv,divx,xvid you name it.

I've tried uninstalling any windows updates that may have had updates to WMP and it still does it.

Any ideas?
