Grey Box Video

I have a problem with a video that when I ply it, it will show up as a grey box. The audio is normal, but not the video. When I go into virtual dub I can see the video, but it will not save it, it always gets one error or another that has to do with decompression. The only thing that the files has in common is the FourCC is MP43, but GSpot says that the codec is installed and that the video should work.

Any Ideas?
