Xvid Files skip and play at FastFWD Rate

Recently I've encountred some files which play at FastFWD Speed and without no Audio. This happends only to some of my files. I tried installing different Codecs but with no luck. I also tried using different Players (WMP9 and 6.4, Zplayer, Divx Player) but with same results. The files seems to be intact and without any problems.
