For an integration proyect I am doing, it's required to be able of playback MPEG files with the video & sound acelerated at least four times the standar speed (like when looking for video or sound events on a security video tape). Also to be able to extract video clips of those events.
Does anybody knows of any editing/playback software (comercial or not) capable of covering those requirements for MPEG-4 ?.
