Burnt DVD scrambles.....

I burnt a DVD using DVD Shrink, then nero to burn. The movie comes in clear, good sound, but the picture scrambles, like your tv when the weather knocks out your satelite signal. Does anyone know why this is? I would really like to make some decent copies. Thanks
