I used to make divx with the radium mp3 codec with no problems. Now I had to reinstall my computer and it crashes every time I try to use the mp3 encoding. Help?

I've tried installing Lame, radium 1.2 and nothing is working. When I try to use either flask or vdub to create a file with mp3 audio, it crashes (vdub) or says there's an error with the output (flask). What am I missing?
