Hi, I have a Sony HD video camera that takes videos in AVCHD and the included software to burn HD DVD's in that same format...
But I also have been taking videos with my iphone and they save on my windows 7 computer as .mov files. I am looking to convert them to AVCHD if possible so I can include them with my Sony videos on the same HD DVD. Goal is to have or preserve the highest quality possible from each on DVD's since I'm old fashioned and we like to watch family videos on our TV using a blu-ray player (which plays the AVCHD format)
(sorry, long story)
First, Is there a software (like AVS/Wondershare?) that will convert the iphone .mov files to AVCHD?
If not, is there a common HD format I can convert both to without losing the AVCHD quality and still be able to play on my blu-ray player?
Sorry if these are idiotic questions, but I'm brand new to all this stuff
