Problem with AVI file (please take a look)

First off, the file is about 250mb and is around 43mins in length. I'm using a software called G-Spot and according to it, the file length is correct. The problem is, I can't seem to get it to play with sound. The error message says the "Stream is Unsupported" but it also says I have the needed Codecs to play it. Here are a few screenshots:

    AND THE ERROR:

I'd be really grateful if anyone can help me with this. Thanks for your time.

if you download and install the DivX v.3.11alpha codec it will additionally automatically install the "DivX" audio codec (hack of Microsoft's original WMA codec) - which is what this file requires...

...I've already gotten DivX 5 installed and I wouldn't want to mess up the current settings...is there any other way? Maybe converting the file to use a different Audio Codec?

thats right, first install divx3.11, then if everythings ok, u're ok to install other codecs if needed
