Am I Reading This AD Correctly???

I was looking through the Best Buy website and came across an HD-DVD player for $500. I thought that the players were at least $1000 right now. I have never seen or heard of a $500 HD-DVD player that also includes upconversion.

Only play HD DVD not blue ray if you click on compare to similar products you can see the different formats the blu ray players support

With the price of the blue ray you may be better off with the HD player.

yeah, i was looking at it again, and then i saw a Sony Blu-Ray player for $999 and then realized i was looking at HD-DVD instead of Blu-Ray.

I would wait for the price to come down on those.
