I have done it at late hours after 10:00 PM and usually get right through. It is usually somebody in India but it gets the job done.

BTW Welcome Back PA. We missed you.

I had to get a new xp pro activation key. I had to reload the wife's computer. It was around 12:00 AM. I was able to reactivate the computer with out human intervention.

Open it up, use a flashlight and see what is in there.
            You raise the blade,
            You make the change,
You rearange me till I'm sane.
You lock the door, throw away
            the key,
            There's someone in my head
            and it's not me.

              Just thinking out loud.

I guess now would be a good time to run Everest for the future?

Maybe even post the report for a possible future issue.

It would also be a good time to use a program like True Image. I image my computer once a week. That way if it is hit, I am not worried.
