What is the file extension of the file you have? It should say ".ISO" .

This is what you have to do in Dvd Shrink first,like NightTran said not a normal file that you would create for Nero.

Good news!! That light switch in my head turned on and I get it.
OMG I feel so stupid...... The file iso that you were refering to is that winrar file that shrink and DVD decrypter have been making. I right clicked that and wouldnt ya know it. I could burn it with Imageburn. I can not belive I couldnt figure that out.
