adding a picture

i went to the usrer cp (at the top of the page.....) it does not say add picture here..... so i read through the list... is it under Avatars
please help me out here...

Under "avatar" you can load a picture of your choice.

You can "link" any image in your signature, simply past the link of the image in the signature section in the User CP.

well i guess a few people did not read my post about not being able to start a thread in the off topic...... if i could have ...i would have.... I thought this thread was why cant people be nice.... i asked a question and some one was nice enough to answer it
