It's strange drf 19 years ago when I was 14 I liked rap as well but (and maybe this is a symptom of getting old..) it seemed alot better then it does now...now I can't stand it...that and country....god..they make my ears bleed...but to each their own..

I love rock from the 70's such as Led Zeppelin,Kiss,Nazareth,AC/DC,Pink Floyd,Ted Nugent,ZZ Top. But I do favor my heavy metal more such as Korn, Marilyn Manson,Metallica,Megadeath and so onComment

My Step Daughter (who is 7) has the strangest taste in music..She is like a combo of her mother and I..One minute she will be listening to Gwen Stefani and then next we will here Enter Sandman...and for some reason she is in love with old Motley Crue right now ....
btw I think that we have a new winner for Hijacked Thread of the Month.. someone call Blu!!sigpic

I never really was much of a music guy although you would never guess it from my record/tape/cd collection and then when you add in my wife's whoa.If I heard a song and I liked it that was good enough.I never really thought about "The Genre".

I am the same way..kinda....I do like heavy music quite a bit tho.. but on my MP3 player for example I can have a song by System of a Down followed by Tracy Chapmen or Ani DiFranco..its what makes me happy is how I look at itsigpic

My wife thinks I'm nuts because of my wide range of music taste. She digs the bagpipes, but when it comes to Japanese Mosh, she just shakes her head!Like the info in these forums? Want to contribute? Click here to Register for Free!

I agree with them Bagpipes. Our annual gathering is said to be one of the largest, and the massing of the bands (800 pipers and drums the year before) is something to behold.Like the info in these forums? Want to contribute? Click here to Register for Free!
