Last night was pizza night. I took 2 frozen cheese pizzas and doctored them up by adding:

    red onion
    green & red peppers
    taco season ground beef
    back bacon
and lots of mexican 3 cheese blend

Tonight it will be hamburgers on the BBQ.

I had store brand chicken rice-a-roni last night.
                  Could be tuna casserola tonight.
Sounds like some good dishes though.

Tonight some BBQ pork ribs on the grill!! Mmmmmm. Some baked potatoes and a salad.

Yeah it does, was gonna cook the ribs last weekend but the company voted on burgers and brats, except for my sister who insisted on wanting grilled tuna! She's from N.C. and wanted to find collards to go with it! Not gonna find collards in the middle of farm country, midwest!

I love pork ribs tho, I'll boil them for a good while and then stick them on the grill and do them up. My brother lives in MO and brings me BBQ sauce from a little resturaunt in Sedalia called Kehde's, it is soooo good!

Where else in the world can you get mexican avatar who loves hungarian goulash?

The US (and Canada and Australia) are the melting (cooking?) pots of the world.

Another favourite recipe is to add taco meat to spaghetti sauce! Definately a new flavour to an old stand by!
