Locks of Love

Hello all I know I haven't been on much in the last 2 months; however I felt that I would share with you the new me. I used to have really long hair and I am glad to say that it is all gone, and for a good cause. I donated it to locks of love.
Here is the old me

I am still getting used to the short hair. I don't have to worry about tangels anymore, and I save tons on shampoo and conditioner.
Locks of love is a non-profit organization that uses donated hair to make hair pieces for children who have lost their to cancer.

Thank you! I told the stylist I wanted something to try to make me look older, as I am tired of everyone telling me I look 17.

That is a great cause to donate to. My brothers daughter has donated to it twice now.

And you are right, you dont look 17 anymore.....now you look 20.

That's a very good cause and good for you for giving! If I was ever to cut off my long hair I would do the same but I've tried the short hair thing years ago and I just don't care for it. Looks good on you tho!!!

BTW I wouldn't complain about people thinking your younger then you are. I still get carded sometimes and I always say "Thanks" cause I'm quite a ways past 21!!! That's a good thing!!! Probably someday in the future you'll wish they were doing it again! lol
