    My New House

The first picture is where the house was orginally located, the rest are after we had it moved to our property. We have already torn the roof off and plan to reroof it in the next 2 weeks. We are painting the outside next weekend. The house is 1400 square feet, 2 bedroom 1 bath, but we can always add on if we want more room.

We are selling the house (actually a trailer, and thats why we want to sell it) once we move in down at our new house.

I sold my pool table, as I don't have the time anymore to play it.

          Yep!

If I had to live in one, I was gonna make it look as nice as possible!

EDIT: That was the biggest indirect compliment I've recieved on my house in a long time.

The possibilities are endless! And your right, it ain't nuttin to look at right now but, its gonna look really good when we get done.

The house has already been moved (see the 2nd pic), it was $8000 to move.

Thats another reason why I haven't been on much. I work full time (40 hours a week), work for digital digest at night, remodel other nights I am not working and sat and Sunday.

                  That doesn't leave much free.

                        Wow

Congrat Jmet on the new house, it looks a bit rough now but it does look like a nice home with a bit of work you can turn that place into a very nice home.

I have to say I am not surprised that your old home was a trailer. I have freinds and family that own double wides that are very nice and dont look like trailer. I guess when you say the word trailor everyone thinks of one of these small 14' x 54' tin can with siding.

I am guessing buy the way those other pictures of your old home looked you must have had a double wide.

I cant belive that is all it cost to move was $8,000 that is cheap for something like that. Once you put the new roof and some new paint new carpet should look great.

Good deal, a lot of work but a good deal to own a home.
Hopefully you get a good price from your old one to help pay for the work on the new one.

Well after seeing the pics from the traler home I can only Imagin what you will do with this home.

I am sure it will be very nice.
