But looking at the second picture - it could very well be so - as it is loaded with stuff from the house...

Its looking better... I cant wait to see how it looks when its all done. I bet you cant wait till it is all done.

Also looks like you could add on to that when you need a bigger home wih out a problem.

Ok major update here. New roof, new deck on front, replaced some of the windows and the window trim, new front door, new front porch light, and some other minor fixes.

I can tell you one thing for sure, I am a tired son of a gun!

When we first got the house:

Now (Sorry for the crappy picture, I will take some more later):

                Hi Ya'll,

JMET, you have helped me (along with the other experts here) to come along in playing around with videos and learning about editing and some new software ... and I would "Hate" to cut my "Safety Cord" meaning you guys grace ...

But what in the world are you thinking guy ... this seems like a major project ... now when in the world will you have time for my "dumb" questions and bailing me out of trouble.

Just kidding ... I wish I was handy as you obviously are!

BTW, wouldn't be Cheaper & Easier to start from Scratch!!! Since I am not a Builder!

                G!

                            Minor Update here:

We spruced up the hand rail alittle by adding some columns in it. We are also designing the flower beds it will have when we landscape. Added a gold kick plate at the bottom of door. Hung another front porch light on the other side. Mowed the front yard. lol

                            Here are a few pictures.

This is what it looked like when we first got it:

This is what it looks like now:
