                    That sounds good. I like pork dishes and have chinese pork quite a lot with chinese curries. The Japanese Noodles sound like a variation of chow mein to me.

                      That's basically what it is. I put cabbage, carrots, and some sliced pork in the yakisoba. I use Memmi Sauce as a soup base, have you tried it?

                            No, he's part Swedish. My mom is Japanese and my dad is french. I am probably the only Catholic that believes I'll be reincarnated.

                            I love Japanese food and Hubby eats everything except Lutsfisk (sp) and eggplant, so I take huge advantage of it!
