    @Taelon Seems this usb1 issue keeps poping up, do you know of many
    users burning with it?
    I had figured it's like taking a leak into the wind, vbg!

    Add usb2 card or adapter! They cheap!

      @rbrtpl, seems to be an epidemic of sorts around here, probably because external burners have gotten fairly cheap, so everybody with an old laptop is trying to add one?

      But I'm old skool I won't even use a USB keyboard or mouse, sure as heck wouldn't use it for drives.

        @Taelon,
        I love the usb optical mice, bought a usb keyboard by mistake, just make sure
        legacy is supported in bios, new mobos come that way.
        I was hard to convert!

          Well, i just burned the movie "Crash" and it came out fine.I can skip tracks and the whole nine.My last burn that looked like it failed was an older Brasillian flick from '97.I wonder if that had anything to do with it.I used the Nero6.6 but just burned right thru DVD Shrink.I also used Princo 4x Media.They seem fine to me,while i got nothing but trouble from the Memorex.Go figgure.The burn process is slow as hell though,most likely due to my old ass ports(as noted by rbrtpl).

          I do have another issue though i was wondering if anyone has dealt with(This should be put in a seperate thread but i'm on a roll here)Everytime i try to use DVD Shrink on the movie "Monster In Law" it gets scrambled up.The scenes dont get copied in sequential order.Anyone else getting this s#it?

          Thanks again to everyone on this thread for helping me out.Gotta run i have to go and pray that the Sox get the Wild Card.bottoms up!

            Check this thread regarding Monster in Law:

            Or just use VobBlanker and get rid of the full-screen version easily.
