Thanks for being so patient, I almost believe you, but after taking
15 minutes to get a client into safe mode or bios over the telephone,
I am always skeptical. If a geek confirms the original drive is bad,
I would raise hell with Toshiba and have them ship you a replacement!
For the money you paid for that laptop I would not accept less!!!!!!!!!
Like I always tell someone who asks, don't buy a Laptop unless you get
a 3 yr onsite 24 hour service agreement, personally I wouldn't have one!
