would you do me a favor, update post 1 in this thread to include a link to the clean tool and advise about downgrading from 6.6.1.4 to 6.6.018
for updating, going to a higher number you don't need the clean tool, but
if nero's been up and running for some time it's not a bad idea to use the clean tool and start over. If you are downgrading from 6.6.1.4 definitely use the clean tool first.
sometimes I just reinstall the same version over itself, if it's glitching badly then I would run the 6 clean tool
uninstall from add and remove then run the clean tool then reboot
hi, could some one PLEASE HELP ME, i have got 2 lg drives i have been burning with these drives for a while now well infact they are the only drives ive used and done me well till now,ive backed up many dvds in the last 2 years 1,500 to b precise,and ive always used nero with no problems, but i have got a problem my older off the 2 lg drives is burning fine with nero,but my other drive is not im getting a failed burn,and after trying different versions of nero i still had no luck with that drive, no in fact i did i got it to say successful burn but when i played it back, and tried it on my duplicator it was unrecognisable data (srange) tried other burning softwares still no luck so i thought it was my drive i took it back and got a new one, plug her in thinking everything would b fine still got the same problem, im very confused.
could some make any sense of this log please help many thanks
