I am not comment on any MIT, my suggestion is scan one after burn then scan again after 6 months if it is hold then it is good if not think again before you buy MIT

you think i buy that crap? those were my first dvd's when i didn't know what firmware, ID code or any of that stuff was. i wouldn't waste my time scanning that filth. but over 2 years later every one i've played back still play well without a hitch. one day soon i'll transfer them to good media though, or re-rip.

lol. well i don't love sony. they make some nice elctronics though and their media may not even be elite for you scan geeks

it is good media though. only reason i used so many is the price and availability. but now i'm on to greener pastures, and i think i will no longer shop at walmart and buy online the taiyo stuff like i have recently. i should get off my ass and update the firmware on the lite-on>burn TY>scan. compare QS to the Pioneer 105 for "science"

we the people should start some kina movement to make it mandatory these sheisters must put the media ID on the package. just like the ingredients and nutrition info on foods.

believe me, I dont read any label (only my wife does), I can eat any thing as much as I want I still don't gain a bit, it is in your gen not what you eat or how much you eat

same thing with media code any MIJ is good to really good, MIT can be really bad to good to sometime only this is what I think and know not fact so dont quote me on it

yes when burner is old firmware can not up the media I can not fix that, but if the core is good it will be good even with old burner and firm ware specially YD or Ty 002 is old if your firmware is not up to it then what can you do call Manufature and complain ?
